Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. peeled apples, diced
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
