Dip Batter For Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. or less sugar
    dash of salt
    1 egg, beaten lightly
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 c. ice water
Preparation
    Use ice water and the batter doesn't start rising until you start frying.
    You might not use all of the water.
    You want batter to just cling and coat shrimp lightly.
    Shrimp is dipped into batter, then dropped in deep fat to fry.
    Frying only takes a couple minutes.
