Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a 10 to 12-inch skillet over medium heat, stir beef until crumbly and browned; drain.
    Stir in garlic, onion, basil and tomato sauce.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    Cook noodles in salted water for about 8 minutes; drain.
    Spoon meat mixture into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish; top evenly with noodles.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Whip the cream cheese, sour cream and milk; pour over noodles.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven until heated through.
    Can be made a day ahead and chilled. If so, allow 1 hour to cook in oven.
