10 to 12 medium apples, stems removed
1 2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) peanut butter chips
1/2 c. canola oil
2/3 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
sweetened coconut (optional)
chopped peanut butter chips (optional)
