Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    4 stalks celery
    2 (No. 2) cans peas, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    cracker crumbs
    1 stick butter
    1 green pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can pimento
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute the onion and butter.
    Chip the celery and pepper and add to onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Add the peas, soup, chestnuts and pimento.
    Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes.
