Chuck Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 to 4 small onions, sliced
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 lemon, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Form meat into one very large patty, about 1/2-inch thick and place on a large piece of aluminum foil.
    Melt margarine in pan and brown onion.
    Place onion on top of meat.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat.
    Seal foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Open foil and broil 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
