Persimmon Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. diced apple
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. peeled, sliced persimmons
1/4 c. chopped black walnuts
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c. whipped cream
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine fruits and nuts, stirring gently.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour over fruit mixture.
Toss lightly. Chill for 1 or 2 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.
