Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    2 slices diced white bread
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown the sausage and drain off fat.
    Beat the eggs and then add all remaining ingredients.
    Top with the bread.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
