Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour milk (milk plus enough vinegar to curdle)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. banana flavoring (optional)
    few drops lemon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed bananas
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Great for overripe bananas.
