Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    5 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. Old Bay
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Mix egg, mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl; beat well.
    Add milk and Old Bay; mix well.
    Fold in onion powder and Italian bread crumbs.
    Mix well, then add 1 pound of crabmeat.
