Eskimo Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 c. rolled oats
    3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Place margarine in bowl to soften to room temperature.
    Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
    Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
    May be placed in refrigerator to firm, if desired.
