Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Using a wooden spoon, blend cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt.
    Carefully fold in chocolate chips; set aside. Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
    Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full. Drop 1 heaping tablespoonful cream cheese mixture into center of each.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
