Seafood Newburg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (5 oz.) cans mushroom soup (do not dilute)
8 c. grated cheese
2 or 3 medium onions, diced
2 or 3 medium peppers, diced
1 lb. butter
Old Bay Seasoning
5 lb. sea leg pieces
Preparation

Put undiluted mushroom soup in top of double boiler.
Heat; add cheese.
As cheese melts, stir into mushroom soup.
In the meantime, melt butter in frying pan.
Saute onions and peppers. When well sauteed, add to soup and cheese mixture.
Stir well. Stir in sea leg pieces.
Add Old Bay seasoning to taste.
If too thick, add very small amount of hot water.
