Sue'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 large can drained kidney beans
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add onions and peppers.
    Brown a little more, then add other ingredients, except beans and mushrooms.
    Cook slowly for 2 1/2 hours.
    Wash and slice mushrooms and add to mixture.
    Cook 1/2 hour longer.
    Add beans; cook until beans are hot.
    Cook spaghetti noodles with broccoli flowerets.
    Serve sauce on noodles with grated sharp cheese on top.
    Serve with crusty French bread and dill pickles.
