Tex-Mex Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 large onion
    2 c. chopped ham
    3 (12 oz.) cans chicken broth
    6 large potatoes
    1 small can green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Chop onion into small pieces.
    Lightly brown with margarine in soup pan.
    Add ham chunks, chilies, salt and pepper.
