Tom Turkey Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced onion
1/4 c. butter
2 c. diced raw potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. bouillon or cubes
3 c. milk
3 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1 can creamed corn
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
-
Saute onions in butter in bottom of large pot.
Add potatoes, celery, water, salt and bouillon.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in milk, turkey, corn, thyme and parsley.
Heat through and serve.
