Brown Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 can beef bouillon or consomme
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute butter and onion until onion is clear.
    Add rice and stir for about one minute.
    Put in casserole dish with remaining ingredients and 3/4 can of water.
    Cover and cook for 30 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0, until there is no more water.
