Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. Crisco
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. ice cold water or cold 7-Up
Preparation

Mix flour and salt in bowl (set aside 1/3 cup of flour to flour pastry cloth with).
Using a pastry knife, cut shortening into flour.
Add ice cold water a little at a time. If you don't sift your flour and use a pastry knife, it won't be perfect.
