Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cabbage, grated
    1/2 c. carrot, grated
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. buttermilk or sour cream
    1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Marinate the cabbage and carrot in the milk and sugar overnight. Drain.
    Mix together the mayonnaise, buttermilk or sour cream, onion, Tabasco sauce and celery seed. Stir into slaw. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
