Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
Preparation

Mix eggs and sugar well.
Pour in milk and vanilla.
Mix well. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie.
Bake in 9-inch pie shell in 425\u00b0 preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until set, not firm.
Overbaking causes filling to separate.
