Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Combine potatoes, sour cream and butter.
    Beat on low speed, then beat until light and fluffy.
    Pile lightly in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, in a slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Toss bread crumbs in 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle over potatoes. Continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
