Marzetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean hamburger
1 medium onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
3 Tbsp. Crisco
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato paste
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
egg noodles
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute the hamburger with the onion and green pepper in the Crisco.
Make sauce with the soup, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook the noodles. Grate the cheese. Alternate layers, starting with noodles, hamburger mixture, tomato sauce and grated cheese.
Grease baking dish well. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
