Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) deer roast
    1/2 c. vinegar
    salt to taste
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast in large container.
    Add vinegar and enough water to cover.
    Soak overnight.\tDrain; rinse.
