Parsley Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch parsley
    1 bunch green onions
    1/2 c. fine wheat
    salt and pepper to taste
    juice of 1 or 2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Cover wheat with water and set aside.
    Wash, drain and chop parsley.
    Cut up onions with most of greens.
    Drain wheat well. Add parsley and onions, salad oil and lemon juice.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Let stand several hours.
