Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    melted butter (enough to coat chicken)
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix soups and water together.
    Put rice in a greased casserole dish.
    Pour half the soup mixture over rice.
    Dip chicken pieces into melted butter and lay on rice.
    Pour other half of soup mixture over the chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 uncovered 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
