2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon
3/4 c. white sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat eggs with fork.
Stir in oil, vanilla and lemon.
Blend in sugar until mixture thickens.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; stick into mixture.
Drop with teaspoon, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Press with glass or fork dipped in sugar.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until delicate brown.
