Baked Custard(Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs just enough to combine yolks and whites.
    Add salt and sugar and stir to blend.
    Stir in scalded milk gradually, but briskly.
    Add vanilla. Pour into a glass 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
