Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk, scalded
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
a little butter
2 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
Pour in two unbaked pie crusts.
Bake in hot oven (420\u00b0) for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375\u00b0.
Bake for 45 minutes more.
Makes 2 pies.
