Matzo Balls And Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. rendered chicken fat or shortening, melted
    1 c. matzo meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 large can Swanson chicken soup
    3 carrots, cut in strips
    1 stalk celery
    1 small onion, quartered
    a few sprigs parsley
Preparation
    Combine eggs, water and melted fat in medium bowl.
    Stir in matzo meal (which can be purchased at your super market or deli), salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
