Old Fashioned Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 box raisins
1 qt. nuts, crushed
1 spoon vanilla flavoring
2 sticks butter

Preparation

Melt butter; blend with sugar, then blend eggs one at a time. Put vanilla flavor in.
Then add nuts; add flour.
Add raisins. Mix all together.
Grease tube pan.
Bake in tube pan in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
