Chicken Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cooked chicken breasts, cut in pieces
1 c. evaporated skimmed milk
1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. fat-free chicken broth
1/2 c. fat-free Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Stir and cook slowly until thick.
Serve over fettuccine noodles or small spaghetti.
Add chicken to sauce after it has cooked.
