Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add the flour, cinnamon and remaining ingredients.
    Divide into 3 greased cake pans.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
