Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. breast of chicken, cut up
2 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 small can water chestnuts, cut up
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. almonds
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Saute cornflakes and almonds in oleo.
Add cheese.
Put cornflake mixture on top of the chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 to 45 minutes.
