Mae'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. hot sausage
2 qt. red kidney or pinto beans
3 large onions
2 bell peppers
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. hot chili powder
4 large garlic cloves
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 qt. tomatoes
2 small pods hot pepper
Preparation
-
Brown chuck and sausage; add all other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
Taste before adding pepper pods.
