Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft oleo
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix the oleo, powdered sugar and vanilla together thoroughly. Stir together the sifted flour, salt and chopped nuts and stir in. Chill dough roll into 1-inch balls (can be pressed down with a fork).
Place 2 1/2 inches apart.
Set oven at 400\u00b0. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies are set but not brown.
Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
Cool and roll again.
