Irish Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups potatoes, diced
    1 carrot, chopped (can use food processor)
    1 small onion, grated or finely chopped
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 cups water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cups milk
    2 Tbsp flour (all purpose)
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients (except milk and flour) until potatoes are tender.
    Blend milk and flour.
    Add to potato mixture, stirring well as you add.
    Keep stirring on low heat until thickened.
    Keep stirring or it will scorch!!
