Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar well. Sift dry ingredients together; add to oil and sugar. Beat eggs slightly and add to batter. Add vanilla; fold in apples and nuts. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
