Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
4 Tbsp. cocoa (optional)
chocolate chips for top

Preparation

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
Beat with mixer. Mix all dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and blend well. Stir in zucchini. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
