Crunchy Celery Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced celery (10 stalks)
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained
Preparation
    Cook and stir celery, water chestnuts, instant bouillon, salt and celery salt in oil over medium heat, turning vegetables constantly with pancake turner, until celery is crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in pimiento and heat thoroughly.
    Makes 5 servings.
