Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 4 lb.) boneless chuck roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. carrots, cut up
4 to 5 potatoes, cut up
Preparation

Place mushrooms, carrots and potatoes in the bottom of a Dutch oven or roasting pan.
Place roast on top of vegetables; spread mushroom soup over roast and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover and cook in a 300\u00b0 oven for 2 to 3 hours or until it forks tender.
