Roast Beef Hash - cooking recipe

3-4 lb. beef roast
5-8 boiled potatoes
Preparation

Cook roast until done and make gravy from drippings. Chop roast into fine shreds. Chop potato into fine pieces. Mix together the roast and potato pieces and moisten with the gravy. Place in casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45-60 minutes.
