Chicken-Chestnut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked, boned and diced
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. water chestnuts, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion with 1/2 of butter until onion is clear.
    Mix the chicken, rice, soup, water chestnuts and mayonnaise.
    Melt rest of butter; mix with corn flakes.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until hot and fluffy. Serves 8 to 10.
