Lo-Fat Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    8 c. water
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. purple onion, diced
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, diced
    2 c. lo-fat mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bring water to a rolling boil.
    Add macaroni; cover.
    Let stand for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Drain macaroni and cool.
    Combine remaining ingredients into mixing bowl and mix well.
    Salt to taste.
    Serves 6 to 8.
