Turkey Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. diced turkey
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 small can peas
Preparation
    Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour. Stir in all at once 1 cup milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened and smooth. Blend in mushroom soup, parsley, sherry, salt and pepper. Add turkey, mushrooms and peas. Heat 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve over hot buttered wide noodles.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
