Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 c. flour (plain or self-rising)
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Put yeast in hot water.
    Mix shortening and sugar.
    Then add the cold water and flour.
    Mix well.
    Cover and let stand for 1 hour, then work dough down and squeeze out in two little balls in each muffin pan.
    Let rise and bake.
