Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers (red or green)
    a few drops green or red food coloring
    1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid fruit pectin
    5 c. sugar
    1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    In a saucepan, boil vinegar and sugar.
    Add peppers.
    Boil again, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in fruit pectin and food coloring.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. This makes 6 cups.
