Nacho Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. hot Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. (4 oz.) shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a medium skillet, brown meat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir in cheese.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
