90 Minute Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 of the flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
    Heat milk, water and margarine to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    (I use my temperature probe of my microwave for this.
    It works great!)
    Gradually add milk mixture to dry mixture and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
    Add 1/4 cup flour.
    Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
