Creole Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken parts
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 soup can water
1/4 c. flour
1 can chicken gumbo soup
2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation

Dust chicken with flour.
In large skillet, brown chicken in butter.
Stir in soup, water and ketchup.
Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until tender.
Stir now and then.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
