Wine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fudge cake mix
3 3/4 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. cream sherry, rum or Madeira
2 1/2 c. xxxx sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. cream sherry or rum
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

May add 1/2 cup each chopped nuts, raisins and/or candied cherries to yellow cake.
Bourbon may be used in place of wine. Add Macadamia nuts and drained pineapple bits.
Best with glaze and improves with age!
